Position : Application Support Engineer

Job Summary:

This role involves providing technical support for the company's application, with a strong focus on cross-department communication to track bug fixes, ensure timely deliveries, and assure customer satisfaction. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of Business Logics and System workflows.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide application and technical support to customers, L2 and L3.
  • To liaise with development team to track bug fixing and ensure deliveries are on target.
  • To carry out application test checks of specific functionality.
  • To be involved in project to understand product change request.
  • To troubleshoot the system.
  • To test the changes against the user requirement.
  • To assume any other responsibilities as deem necessary by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Required skills: JAVA/J2SE/J2EE, JSP.
  • Preferred skills: Angular JS, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring Framework and Java Script.
  • Knowledge of XML and OO Programming.
  • Hands-on experience on MySQL programming.
  • Familiar with LINUX operating platform.
  • Willing to work on weekend, night shift or public holiday. Allowance will be provided accordingly.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for both written and spoken.
