Position : Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

To conduct business development activities, and service, maintain, establishing good customer relationships in assigned regions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning, managing and executing sales activities to meet given targets.
  • Identify and follow-up on leads and prospects to generate sales and new business opportunities.
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contracts.
  • Responsible for the account management of existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure sales growth and increase market share.
  • Develop new markets and provide business consultations to clients on products and solutions.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation i.e. analysis, trends, etc.
  • Providing input and assist with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Provide timely reporting to Management on market insights, situation and suggestion for improvements.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Marketing / IT or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in tele-marketing, business development, sales management, product management environment or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with the relevant academic qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Possess interest in IT and/or is Internet savvy.
  • Aggressive, resourceful and possess strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
  • Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing and able to travel overseas for customers’ visit, meetings and events.
